HOW DOES THE SERVICE WORK?

- Contact us by sending an email to info@bioprinter.es indicating that you are interested in the service, noting the model and serial number of the printer. If you meet the requirements, we will give you the OK to send us the printer.

- Send us* your printer properly packaged and protected for transport.

- When it arrives we will check it and see if we can save it.

- In the event that it cannot be saved by cleaning the head or the problem is something else, we will inform you so you can decide if you want to collect it or want us to take it to a green point for recycling. In this case you will not have to pay anything.

- When we see that it can be saved, we will inform you so that you can make payment for the service.

- Once payment is received, we will proceed to perform the service.

- When the printer is ready, we will inform you so you can manage the collection*.

*Shipping and collection transportation costs are the responsibility of the customer.
